Commercial contracts in friendly ways especially in typical international commercial contracts where contracting parties resort to it by including the arbitration clause in the contract or in a separate paper before the dispute or agreeing to arbitrate in arbitration after the dispute and is used by contractors because of its many advantages including that it is an easy way to sue by an arbitrator chosen by contractors or more or to resort to an arbitration panel in Sometimes. Arbitration decisions are binding on the parties and arbitration is one of the best ways to resolve international commercial contract disputes at present.
