The research aims to determine the effectiveness of Keeler s strategy in teaching students some wrestling grips, and the research community is defined by third-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon for the academic year (2021-2022), and the original research community may be (153) students. One of the conclusions of the study is that Keeler s strategy and consideration of individual differences are helpful in skill development, and that reinforcement in the presentation of the skill in different ways affects the speed of building the motor program, that internal feedback is more influential in correcting performance errors. One of the researchers recommendations is to emphasize the use of the Keeler strategy with all of its components in order to help students quickly learn wrestling skills. Secondly, improve achievement and work to develop skills that serve students basic needs and provide them with the ability to self-learn and the motivation to continue learning. Third, use watching introductory exercises related to the skills to involve more than one sense in learning skills. Finally, using Keeler s strategy to learn wrestling skills does not increase interest in the lesson or make it more motivating.
