Silver nanoparticles were prepared by two methods: the biological method (green synthesis) and the physical method (laser ablation). The as-prepared silver particles were characterized using a UV-visible spectrophotometer to determine the location and intensity of the SPR absorption beam. This characterization included the particles prepared by the green synthesis method, which were found at (477.85) nm, while the particles prepared by laser were at (473.55) nm. The shape and size of pure silver nanoparticles were determined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). These particles were spherical and their diameters ranged between (41.8901 ± 2.51671 and 32.08037 ± 3.05182) nm for both methods. Biological effects have been studied of silver particles nanoparticles on humans from the SR cell line and HeLa cell line.The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of silver nanoparticles prepared in two ways in vivoon cancer cell lines (SR, Hep-2).
